WEDNESDAY  DINNER:    Please  make  your  reservations  by  tonight.  Menu: Famous Baked Pork Chop, Mashed Potatoes w/Gravy, Veggie, Full Salad Bar, Bread w/Butter, Dessert, and Ice Tea and/or Coffee.  Pick up an envelope at the Welcome Center,  enclose  the correct amount (cash or check), and label the front with your name & number of adults/children to make your reservation. Cost: Adults (11 yrs. and older): $6.00; Children (3-10 yrs.):  $3.00. BLOOD DRIVE:  Sign-up at the Welcome Center for an appointment to give blood Saturday, May 1, 9:00 AM - 12:00 Noon. MOTHER/DAUGHTER/SISTER/FRIEND LUNCHEON:   Saturday, May 1st at Noon.   Tickets  are  on  sale  in  the lobby.   Tickets are $10 for 10 yrs. and older.  2 yrs. - 9 yrs. are $5.  Buy 8 tickets and we’ll reserve a table for you!  (Tickets sales will be before the 8:30 AM service.  After the 11:00 AM service.  Before and after the Sun. 6:00 PM, the Wed. 7:00 PM service.) GERALDINE AND RICKY:   Ventriloquist Geraldine and her “friend” Ricky will be the featured guests at the Mother, Daughter, Sister, Friend Luncheon and they will stick around to be in both morning services on May 2nd. DOUBLE BABY SHOWER:  For Olivia Rubens and Mitsy Sutherland.   Tuesday, May 4th at 7:00 PM, here at BBC.   Pick up more information in the Bookstore.   GOLF TOURNAMENT:   May 8, 2010 will be our annual golf tournament.  We will be playing at the Peridia Golf and Country Club.  The tournament officially begins with a 1 o'clock shotgun start with putting and chipping contests preceding the tournament. The format is a 4 man scramble, so any experience level can play.  You can sign up at the Welcome Center beginning today.  The cost is $50 per player for golf and dinner. MOTHER’S DAY:  May 9th.  All ladies in attendance will receive a gift. SUPER 60’s:   Sign up for the Thursday, May 28th Super 60’s Beach Picnic.   BASEBALL CAMP:  Register your children for BBC’s 4th Annual Baseball Camp June 14th - 19th.  Registration forms are at the Welcome Center.   NEW MEMBER’S LUNCHEON:  If you have joined within the past 6 months, the Pastoral Staff and the Deacons would like to get to know you better and answer any questions you might have.   Immediately after the 11:00 AM service, please make your way over to the Fellowship Hall. MEN’S MISSIONARY TRIP:  All men planning on going to Guatemala need to meet tonight after the evening service in the music room.  Your $100 deposit  is due.  (Needed now for airline reservations.) FAMILY MOVIE NIGHT—TEEN MISSIONS TRIP FUND-RAISER:    We will be holding a free family movie night on Saturday, April 3rd at 7 PM.  The adults will be watching “Fireproof.”  The kids will be watching the  movie “Cars.”  We will begin selling concessions at 6:15.  Hotdogs, hamburgers, nachos, desserts, and much more will be available for purchase.  Come have a great night with your family and support our missions trip.   Welcome Friends! BAKE SALE:  The 3rd & 4th grade Sunday School Class will be hosting a bake sale before and after the evening service tonight, in front of the fellowship hall.  All proceeds will be sent to the Kinmans in Guatemala. CHILDREN’S CHOIR:   Special  music  will  be  presented  by  our  Children’s Choir this evening. MEN’S MISSIONS TRIP:  There will be a special meeting tonight after the  evening service, in the choir room, for men interested in a working trip to Guatemala.  About 10-12 men are needed to paint the church in Sumpongo.  The dates are May 31st -  June 5th.  Cost is approximately $550 per person.
